He comes from a family background who was having a business organization called  “Dhanlaxmi Group of Industries, at  Indi, Dist. Bijapur (Karnataka) which supplied various metering cubicles, meter boxes, insulators etc to KEB / APSEB / ESCOMS for 25 years.

He has rich experience in manufacturing of Electrical products for 20 years that lead him to form  “Paras Power Engineering Pvt. Ltd.” in 2001. With continuous R&D activities, developed 11KV Dry Type Instrument Transformers/ CT-PT Combined unit for Outdoor applications to replace old conventional type. Always eager to explore new fields through development of new products.

Technical Director

Wide experience in design / manufacture / testing of CT’s / PT’s / transformers for over 36 years. Joined M/s. AEC, Mumbai in 1973. Worked in capacity of Director and in charge of CT/PT manufacturing company in Bangalore for 20 years. Earlier he represented in IEEMA committee of Instrument transformers.

Formed present organization in 2001 in association with Mr. Mahesh D Shah at Peenya.

Mr. YASHAD KUMAR GAUR

Director – Operations

He has 38 years of rich Experience both in Industries and Academic Institutions. During his association with Mysore Kirloskar Limited Harihar, Machine Tool Company. He has Designed and Developed SPM, CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers and exhibited in IMTEX 1983 to 1992.

He was Advisor – Maintenance at Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts Pvt Ltd, developed and trained Fault Tree Analysis Technique.

He worked as  a Professor  in Engineering and Business Schools for 8 years and also worked as consultant for many companies in the area of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation and Productivity Improvement.

He has joined ‘PARAS’ to develop new systems and Automation in Production Process

He has over 35 Years of experience in Marketing and Business development across various Industries and Products. He has wide experience in marketing of MV Switchgear products for more than 10 years. He has good contacts in both Government and Private sector.
